USEFUL INFORMATION:
Register with the Support Centre for People with Disabilities (CWON) by filling out the Google form available at

or by submitting in person at the Centre’s office the “Questionnaire for a Person with Disabilities”.
If you have one, also bring a disability certificate or another document confirming your health condition.
Submit an application to the Support Centre for People with Disabilities for a scholarship for persons with disabilities (in October):

As a student of the University, you may also apply for other scholarships during your studies

Persons with a significant or moderate degree of disability may apply for this support.
Applications can be submitted to the District Centre for Family Assistance in your place of residence,
or electronically via the SOW Platform (Support Service System financed by PFRON):

The application can be submitted electronically.
The Student House No. 4, located at 17/19 Żytnia Street, is adapted for people with disabilities and equipped with a lift.
If you need support from a Disability Assistant, an ASD Student Assistant, a PJM Interpreter, or transportation to classes, fill out the support form available at

The Support Centre for People with Disabilities organises specialised classes for people with disabilities, such as:
– English for students with special educational needs,
– Physical education classes adapted for students with special educational needs,
– Typhloinformatics for students with visual impairments,
– Polish language classes for students with hearing and other communication difficulties,
– Speech therapy for students with hearing and other communication difficulties,
– Advanced information technology for students with visual impairments.
The Centre also organises an Adaptation Day for candidates with disabilities.
During the Adaptation Day, a Health and Safety training (BHP) takes place.
Participants of this meeting do not need to attend the same training again at a later date.
Please contact the Centre in advance if you need individual educational recommendations,
such as extended examination time.
